What comes up within you when you hear the words anxiety and regret?

Are you feeling tense, worried or having recurring intrusive thoughts about what’s happening in your life? Anxiety is a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come and is a natural response to stress. 

In “anxiety” you get to recognize areas that require attention in order for your well-being to improve.

Regret can turn into rumination if the situation is not worked through. Regret simply put, is a feeling of sadness, disappointment or worry over choices made that can’t be changed.

In “regret” we get to reassess our lives. 

Release what needs to go. 

You don’t want to trigger chronic stress by living with these being the dominant feelings in your life. 

Follow simple steps to get yourself to be conscious and in a good space in this moment. 

Here’a a few:

Breath Work; Time-out; Focus on Gratitude; Forgiving Yourself; Exercise, Rest and Balanced meals.

Be present. Now is what counts. Be gentle with yourself as you move through this.
